Creating Content Guide
FJET.org is a website like 'Wikipedia' in that the users can help shape the contents. Adding your content such as photos, guides, and events to this website is easy! We've written a few guides that show you step-by-step how to do it. Of course if you have any questions don't hesitate to contact us.
You'll discover by putting your mouse cursor on "Content" at the top of the page that you have some options to choose from.
The categories are:
Chat room: When you create a room, you have the ability to invite, admit, or ban participants, and to close it.
Event: Add an event to the FJET calendar. Just fill in the details and it will go right onto the calendar and upcoming events list.
FJET Guide : This content type allows you to add a helpful article or review of a specific location to the FJET Guide. That means if you've been to an onsen, bar, restaurant, festival, karaoke lounge, etc. that you'd like to share then add a review to the guide. You can also mark the location on the map if you know it. Fill in as many of the details as you can and our editors can help fill in any missing information.
Forum Topic: This can be about anything you'd like to discuss or suggest.
Group: Groups focus on a subject of common interest. Some examples are Japanese study or Cycling. Groups can have private forums and gather all resources pertaining to their topic in one place. Group owners can send mail to members and control other group functions.
Teaching Materials : You can now add worksheets and lessons to the database. Just type up a description, classify the worksheet and attach a file if you like.
