Volunteer to Help Teachers of Japanese

A message from the Fukui City Shaberiba coordinator, Azuma Toshiko.
She needs some volunteer help!

This is Toshiko.　I am a Japanese teacher and a coordinator of Shaberiba.
I have been training as a tester of ACTFL-OPI(Oral Proficiency Interview). My friends who are Japanese teachers in other prefctures will come and join the training.

We need volunteers to serve as interviewees at this oral proficiency tester training workshop on February 25.

Teachers at this workshop are learning a method of measuring a speaker's ability to speak a foreign language.
This technique will help them improve their classroom teaching and testing.

As you know, new skills are best learned through practice, and we want these teachers to be able to try out, under our supervision, the skills they are learning.

You, the volunteer interviewees, make it possible for them to receive this very important practice.

If you can, please help our teachers with their interviews.
It takes from about 15 to 30 min.
If you help me, we will give you a small present!

Place and Day: Asahi Public Hall near Fukui station on February 25.

It has some parking spaces. If you can’t park your car at Asahi public hall, you can park outside of Purizumu supermarket next to Purizumu near Fukui station. Not in the Asossa Building.. I have some free tickets.
