Foreigner Consultation Service

Hello Fukui JETs,

I hope you are enjoying the welcome break from the heat. I’m Madeline, the CIR in Echizen Town. I’m contacting you on behalf of the Echizen International Association to inform you of our Foreigner Consultation Service.

My Malaysian colleague Eri is available from 8.30 until 5.30 Monday to Friday to answer any queries you have. He is fluent in both English and Japanese and has lived in Japan for the last 9 years so is very knowledgeable about all things Japanese.
Queries may be related to things like visas, tax, Japanese culture, document translation, appointment booking and so on.
You can contact him on 0778-34-8713. Just say ‘Eri onegaishimasu’ or speak in English and you will be passed onto him. Please don’t hesitate to call!
