Orphanage Sports BBQ day

On Monday October 13th (national holiday) we are going to have a sports/BBQ fun day with the orphanage kids :-)

Place - The orphanage have a ground up the road we can use. They are also going to research booking a gym in case it rains.

What's happening - We are going to have a BBQ and foreign/japanese sports day with the orphanage kids and staff. This is not a normal visit, and to cover food and drinks I will have to collect 500 yen per person. You do get to eat a bit too though! This is going to be very popular so I will be going on a random selection system - first come first served sucks for people without the internet yet. I will obviously prioritise people who have been to the orphanage on normal visits so you won't just be able to come to this if you haven't already met the kids :-) The next normal (ish!) visit is August 31st.

I don't know the details (specifically the time) for this yet, the home are going to work on a schedule with me over the next month. However...

- I have told the home I will tell them final numbers by August 31st at the very latest, so I need you to let me know by then.
