Fukui Orientation Volunteers Needed!!!

Good Morning Everyone!

I hope that you are all having a great week! It's that time of year again. We'll soon have to say goodbye to many of our friends. Luckily just a short time later, a new bunch will arrive for us to meet and introduce to the land we love. Wouldn't it be awesome to be one of the first people they meet in Fukui? Think about how much you love those people who were first kind to you when you arrived.

You want to know how you can help?! EXCELLENT! Here are the things that we would love volunteers for!

July 30th & August 6
• Welcome Dinner at Uotami – details to follow, let me know if you’re interested! It's a great time for you to show the newbies how fun Fukui is!

July 31st & August 7
• Gender Discussions (in the afternoon) – 3 guys & 3 girls
• Walk About (in the afternoon) – As many ALTs as we can. We have a BIG group of newbies coming in, so the more the merrier!
• I.C. Welcome BBQ- everyone is welcome!! This year we won’t need drivers! So come and have a good time!

August 1st & August 8th
• Settling in Workshop (in the morning) – We will need people representing all of Fukui-ken! It would be an ideal for the new block leaders and anyone else wanting to help the newbies learn more about their homes! 2 or 3 people from each area would be great! (Please let me know which area you will be willing to help out with!)

• Lunch – There is a lunch that everyone is invited to join at the hotel for 1000yen.
